The strategy training sessions will be held on the third Wednesday of each month from 8-10:30 AM each month and include one hour of instructional training and a one hour implementation workshop where attendees can learn how to implement each of proven growth strategies and also take the time to actually start implementing the strategy into their business right there in the workshop.
Each session will be lead and facilitated by Donal, but the format is a little different that a normal seminar. The sessions are limited to 25-30 business owners or managers who learn, not just from the facilitator, but from each other. "The interactive format has been in use by Do Business Smarter in the States for many years and has proven to be a very effective method to maximize everyone's time and results" says Donal.
"One thing people should know about our training sessions is that they will be joining our clients who attend these sessions on a regular basis to learn proven strategies to grow their business, so unlike other seminars we have all attended, is there is no big sales pitch at the end, no tapes to buy ... just real world strategies to grow your business."
