What do the Cork Business Association do?

The Cork Business Association is the voice of Business in Cork - our membership is comprised of large and small retail outlets, major banking and financial institutions, hotels and restaurants, large and small accountancy firms, auctioneers and estate agents, travel and tourism companies.

The Cork Business Association is instrumental in influencing Cork City Council in decisions affecting our members. The Association takes action on issues such as casual trading, commercial rates, parking, CCTV, Park and Ride, upkeep of the city, public lighting etc.

The CBA meets with other trade associations in the major towns and cities throughout Ireland.

The CBA makes representation to Local and National Government on issues relevant to our members. It takes action to achieve results for the benefit of members. The CBA is represented on decision making committees in Cork.
